Position: Data Science Trainee
Duration: 3 Months (with option to extend)
Date: Late August to the end of November, 2025
Location: Hybrid in Espoo, Finland

Currently a candidate for a Master’s or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field with an accredited school in FinlandExperience in data science, specifically with NLP, search, recsys (either one is fine)Proficiency in ML/NLP frameworks such as HuggingFace, Spacy, NLTK, etcExperience with data curation, model training, benchmark evaluations, etc. for NLP/LLM modelsExcellent communication skills and team player attitudeDevelop and maintain scalable and efficient models for NLP/LLM systemsOptimize existing pipelines for curation, training, and evaluation efficiencyConduct experiments and prototype new ideas to advance our AI modelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutionsPrepare and present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
