During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

This department oversees data science disciplines through the development of predictive models, business analytics, and insights — including dashboard creation, market studies, and strategic analysis.
Responsibilities and DutiesThe Coordinator will be responsible for leading a team focused on developing data-driven solutions for CRM/Marketing strategies.
They will define the direction for cross-functional strategies across the Bank, collaborate with operations teams, and ensure alignment with broader business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the development of predictive models and analytical studies
Managing expectations and priorities in alignment with executive stakeholders
Guiding and monitoring the implementation of models and strategies alongside the IT team
Promoting and supporting the adoption of these solutions by the business areas in daily operations
Requirements and QualificationsAcademic background in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related areas
Proven experience leading teams, especially in data science and marketing strategy environments
A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in people and leadership
English proficiency is desirable
Availability to work hybrid in São Paulo
