Job DescriptionPosition Summary
We are seeking an innovative, analytical thinker and salesman to develop and sale Data Products for the CEMEA region. support our Data Science team in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region based in Bangalore, India. The candidate must possess strong commercial acumen and payments industry knowledge to drive top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of Data Products across the region to support Visa’s aggressive growth targets for Value-Added-Services - VAS. Sellers in this context refer to issuers, acquirers, enterprise merchants, payment facilitators and marketplaces who have or intend to utilize Visa Data services and solutions into their offerings.
Principal Responsibilities
Help developing Data product for the clients.
Exceed aggressive sales targets for Visa Data Products CEMEA accounts.
Create and develop sustainable long-term relationships with key customers.
Responsible for maintaining business opportunities and building a pipeline of activity from initial qualification to delivery of revenue.
Leveraging internal resources and marketing programs as well as industry knowledge and personal sphere of influence to ensure all internal stakeholders are appropriately engaged to ensure successful conclusion and implementation of key opportunities.
Demonstrating experience in understanding clients’ card business.
Developing sales approach by positioning Visa Data Products as solutions addressing clients’ needs
Negotiation of pricing and discounts as well as contractual terms within set parameters.
Create and execute against change management requirements, implement best practice and maintain as strong focus on internal efficiency and functional collaboration. Lead initiatives which have a direct impact on customer engagement and be an advocate of a 'customer first' approach.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsProfessional Qualifications and Experiences
•Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the data product development and sale area.
•Masters / Bachelor's Degree in a Quantitative field such as Business Management, product engineering, Statistics, Mathematic, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
•Bi-lingual person who speaks fluent French and English.
•Experience in selling products or solutions, preferably analytical and data solutions, software, SaaS, Professional Services. Payment services experience strongly desired.
•Ability to interpret different data sources and extrapolate learnings and identify possible course of action / correction.
•Expertise in analyzing and managing closed-loop marketing/sales processes.
•Significant customer relationship management and influencing skills in a solution sales environment.
•Must be able to skillfully prioritize and manage concurrent projects and issues.
Self-starter, well-structured and solution oriented.
•Committed to service excellence and added value through exceeding client expectations and anticipating client needs. Works in close partnership with clients to achieve their aims and develop a mutually beneficial working relationship.
