We're looking for a Data Quality Lead to drive excellence and innovation in our AI language and data projects. You'll use your strong technical and leadership skills to ensure top-quality results, improve our processes, and guide our team to meet new technical challenges, helping us stay ahead in a fast-evolving market. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Lead and oversee quality assurance for AI data and language analysis projects.  Develop and implement quality standards, testing procedures, and new, efficient processes.  Manage projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and technical requirements.  Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (like Google) to understand needs and deliver solutions.  Analyze complex issues, propose innovative solutions, and drive improvements.  Mentor team members on quality best practices and technical skills 

 

Must-haves: 

Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and testing methodologies with a solid background in Programming (e.g., Python, SQL, understanding of code logic).  Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication abilities with them and the internal team.  A knack for critical thinking, problem-solving, and driving innovation.
