We are seeking a Quality & Compliance/Data Support professional to join our team in Beerse, Belgium. This role will support ELIS Vendor Management, Quality Compliance, and data activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficient data management processes. As a CBRE Data Analyst, you will perform basic analysis to ensure that recommendations and business conclusions are backed by thorough data research and findings. As CBRE Quality and Compliance you will assist in the maintenance of services provided to clients. This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled. Key Responsibilities: § ELIS Vendor Management Support - Identify vendors needing qualification per Johnson & Johnson/CBRE quality compliance requirements. § Work Order Review - Review qualification status of instruments used by CBRE and third-party vendors during maintenance, calibration, and repair of GxP assets. Ensure work order documents comply with quality standards and Good Documentation Practices. § Quality Compliance Training Support - Collaborate with the CBRE EMEA Quality & Compliance Manager to maintain accurate employee training profiles. § Deviation Management - Manage non-conformances, coordinating actions with Johnson & Johnson departments, and oversee quality investigations and CAPA. § Process Documentation - Support documentation and optimization of CBRE processes, create process flows, and provide training to staff. Prepare the team for on-site inspections and conduct periodic reviews of GxP activities. § QA/Compliance Support (GLP/GCP) - Approve calibration records in CMMS and manage quality assurance tasks. § Support ELIS program operational Data Activities - Generate data reports for KPI tracking and inventory updates, and assist in data accuracy in CMMS. Create monthly work order summaries and investigate recurring issues in historical data. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences). Experience in quality compliance, vendor management, or data support in a regulated environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biotech. Knowledge of GxP regulations and Good Documentation Practices. Proficiency in CMMS systems (SAP preferrable) and data reporting tools (Excel) Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
