A Data Quality Analyst is responsible in providing updates to the contacts and accounts in Data Override Tool, the Research and Global Operations Database. He/she ensures the accuracy of the data being verified and/or updated using the prescribed sources in the internet. The number of records to be fulfilled must be met according to the set target by the Business Unit.

Accountabilities:

Data Accuracy - using the approved internet sites, the Data Quality Analyst verifies and/or updates contact/account information in Data Override Tool. Information gathered and entered into the database must be correct and should meet the Quality Standard. An audit procedure is conducted regularly with a passing rate of 97.00%.Completeness and Timeliness - this is measured through productivity. Productivity target is at least 100%. The number and type of record to work on may vary according to business needs.Attendance - the Data Analyst is also being rated on his absenteeism and tardiness stipulated in his/her Performance Scorecard.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree holderBackground in Data ManagementGood communication skillsComputer literate and proficient in MS Office programsTyping/ Encoding skillsWilling to work on a morning shift (6am – 2pm MNL)
