**Purpose:**
We are looking for a **Data Product Manager** to lead the strategy and development of our data products. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of solutions such as internal data platforms, analytical dashboards, recommendation models, and artificial intelligence tools. The ideal candidate should be an exceptional communicator, with a deep understanding of business, technology, and data science.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products.
+ Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering and data science teams.
+ Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities and define the value of data products.
+ Prioritize the development backlog, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.
+ Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all products.
+ Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess success and adoption of the products.
+ Act as a data culture advocate within the company, promoting the effective use of tools and insights.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
+ Proven experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data products.
+ Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
+ Familiarity with data technologies (SQL, Python, databases, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI).
+ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ An analytical and data-driven mindset for decision-making.
+ Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority.
+ Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
+ Advanced English
