Data Product Manager - People Analytics and Insights (Hybrid)
In the Global Assessments & People Analytics & Insights group at Citigroup, we use workforce and business data to solve business problems. We conduct analyses to drive evidence-based decisions, utilize statistical models for predictive insights, and provide actionable intelligence. Our mission is to empower decision-makers with data-driven insights to optimize decisions regarding people—individuals, teams, and organizations—ultimately enhancing business performance. **About the Role:** This role bridges the gap between data science teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise data consumers, facilitating impactful decision-making through user-centric, scalable data products.
