Responsibilities The Opportunity The role is responsible for LATAM Data&Ai DPM Analyst which might include demand shaping, estimates, requirements definitions, project plan creation, project mgmt follow up, budget mgmt, testing, deployment and hypercare for Analytics projects executed in the region. Your Impact As LATAM D&Ai IT Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of Responsible to capture demand and deliver project estimates adhered to the Data&Ai Work in Take process as well as the Pepsico Methodology Requires strong communications with the team, business and extended IT teams Partners with Data&Ai functional & technical associates, Enterprise Architects, and Sector Lead to enable digital product solutions to meet business strategies, support enterprise direction, and drive cost efficiencie Coordinate work activities with other Data&Ai and S&T teams Manage Risk, Issues & Change impacting Digital Product delivery and overall project if applies Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Highly analytical, motivated, self-driven Strong communications and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the same time 3+ years background in project management / delivery 1+ years working in a team to delivery commercialized digital products, not just stand alone Fully understand data, systems, and end to end business processes within multiple functional areas Processes broad-based knowledge of other technologies in order to execute project deliverables and to support business solution Ideally CPG industries experience Differentiating Competencies Required Ability to translate business relevance into technical concepts Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of expertise (business and technical) Must be strong team player with effective teamwork skills Good communication skills Translates complex technical solutions into business terms Highly flexible to handle multiple priorities If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
