We are looking for an experienced Data Processing Lead who will lead a team of Data Processors in our Nottingham office. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, team performance, and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

 

The Role:

Lead a team of Data Processors, ensuring high performance and accuracy Monitor team performance, set objectives, and provide coaching to drive efficiency and quality Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and improve data integrity Implement best practices for data processing and back-office operations

 

What you will bring:

Proven experience as a Business Operations Lead, preferably in a data-driven or back-office environment Strong people leadership skills with experience leading and developing teams Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong understanding of data validation and quality assurance processes
