We are looking for a person with specialist Data Privacy and Business Analysis skills to join our Global Data Privacy and Protection team. You will have relevant Data Privacy experience and either have relevant OneTrust experience or are a fast, willing and resourceful learner, with relevant transferrable experience. You will be responsible for providing technical and business analysis expertise to the Privacy team on data management, reporting, OneTrust configuration enhancements and supporting business stakeholders through completing Privacy Assessments. 

Your Role 

Troubleshooting and providing internal technical support for all OneTrust system issues, including liaising with OneTrust Support. 

Managing and implementing OneTrust change to schedule, including UAT design and test before go-live. 

Conducting data mapping, batch uploads, data quality monitoring and improvement. 

Ability to support technical implementations, either in existing or new tools, including business support, system integrations, requirements gathering, process and workflow design and data management. 

Provide proficient data analysis, modelling, cleansing and visualisation. 

Use different data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc. 

Transforming raw data into actionable insights through analytics and tailored reporting. 

Designing reporting dashboards and extracting relevant metrics, KPIs, etc. 

Liaising with business stakeholders to progress Privacy Assessments through to completion to prevent stalling and backlogs. 

Your Background 

3-5 years of relevant experience. 

Advanced Excel and data visualisation skills. 

Business Analysis experience. 

Educated in a relevant field such as Information Technology and Systems or Data Management and Analytics. 

Excellent communications skills in English. 

Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
