We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer to join our team and help power the next generation of Agentic AI systems-where autonomous agents use structured and unstructured data to make decisions in real time. In this role, you will architect and maintain a high-performance data platform that enables intelligent agents with real-time ingestion, contextual memory, observability, and seamless LLM integration. Duties: * Build scalable data pipelines (real-time and batch) from sources like ServiceNow, GA4, JIRA, Zendesk, and third-party APIs * Develop platforms for data quality and anomaly detection * Design agent memory systems using vector stores, knowledge graphs, and temporal data stores * Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, MetaGPT) * Create APIs and event-driven systems for agent-to-agent communication * Optimize performance for multi-agent orchestration-indexing, latency, load balancing * Build observability tools for agent metrics, prompt tracking, and model drift * Implement security, governance, and versioning in agent workflows * Collaborate with AI research, backend, and product teams to deliver memory-augmented, multi-modal features * Maintain CI/CD pipelines in AWS and Snowflake Cloud * Troubleshoot production issues with a focus on proactive observability
