**Responsibilities**
+ The Data Operations Analyst will provide daily production technical support to ensure the overall performance of the production systems are maintained at the highest levels through proactive measuresand problem resolution.
+ Works closely with Software and QA through the Release Management process.
+ Interacts with all levels of technical and management positions.
+ Ensures that customers' concerns or service level incidents are addressed promptly and efficiently bytroubleshooting, engaging other engineers, implementing solutions or escalating to the appropriate memberof management or third tier resources.
+ Adheres to service level agreements, IT best practices, ISO requirements for 9001, 14001, 20000 and 27001.
**Qualifications**
+ 8 years of Data Operations Support experience or 6 years with a Bachelor's degree in computer
+ Intermediate level Linux command skills, with experience in KSH/Python scripting.
+ Advanced knowledge level of Brightstar online systems to include purpose, applications, basic functionality, and interfaces with other systems/applications.
+ Performs advanced-level troubleshooting, which may include complex issues of host systems, middleware servers, and systems.
+ Demonstrates administrative knowledge of automation systems - Tivoli and EOSA. Troubleshot automated system and server functions by utilizing tools for verification of services, monitoring tool set availability, and detecting, reporting, escalating, tracking, and documenting anomalies.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989 - $200,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
