As a Data Operations Associate within the Data Operations Team, you conduct intermediate analysis to uncover patterns leading to new questions and solutions through data collection, integrity, utilization, requirements, and analysis. You apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies across multiple applications of moderate scope. You use your elevated technical skills to support the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards to enable Operations Management to execute their strategic objectives and ensure conformance with all controls, policies, and procedures.
Job responsibilitiesSupports and contributes to the delivery and collection of information, insights, and solutions that inform business strategies and decisionsEvaluates information and processes for analysis and reporting purposesValidates hypotheses, mitigates risks, and optimizes solutionsSupports the development of predictive models and data insightsLeverages prepared datasets to build graphical visualizations and programs decision-support dashboards inside of business intelligence tools using intelligent automation to help with operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and process optimization where strategic solutions are not feasibleGathers and supports collaboration on functional requirements from stakeholders and translates them into technical and data requirementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience delivering data-driven problem solving or equivalent experienceProven ability to gather and analyze complex data and to support the development of accurate conclusions Experience building graphical visualizations and programming of dashboards using business intelligence toolsExperience using at least one data technology tool and understanding relational database systems Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experiencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree
