We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler/Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Data analysis and Profiling Data Mapping Snowflake SQL ANSI SQL EDA and ERWin.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead the development Data Mapping by Data analysis and Profiling using Snowflake SQL ANSI SQL and ERWin
+ Lead all aspects of the design and optimization of Snowflake SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
+ Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends patterns and insights that drive business decisions.
+ Use ERWin for data modeling and database design to ensure data integrity and consistency.
+ Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Property & Casualty Insurance projects.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for data mapping integration processes and database schemas.
+ Ensure data quality and accuracy through meticulous testing and validation procedures.
+ Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and standard processes in data management and insurance domains.
+ Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
+ Trouble shoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner to minimize business impact.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
**What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):**
+ Possess solid experience in CCM
+ Data Mapping & Integration Snowflake SQL ANSI SQL EDA and ERWin.
+ Show proficiency in data modeling and database design.

+ Have a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
