The Data Migration Specialist I owns the data side of the new customer onboarding process. They work accurately, quickly and efficiently to ensure our overarching mission is met: Customers achieve their short-term goals and lay the foundation of a strong long-term partnership. The Data Migration Specialist role is unique in that it blends data migration with customer service and project management. Verify that the information and the overall structure is mapped precisely by asking clarifying questions to mitigate corrections needed.Ensure that projects are running smoothly and efficiently by utilizing formulas to map data quickly and accurately. Instill confidence in data integrity and set customers up for success with the Investment Manager product.Maintain a deep understanding of the industry as well as our policies and procedures. Own projects, timelines, customer communication, and outreach to ensure projects keep moving forward.Use every point of customer contact as an opportunity to convey professionalism, subject matter expertise, and industry/product knowledge.Analyze current processes and identify automation or process improvements opportunities. Develop strong customer relationships to create promoters and build the foundation for long term partnerships.Mentor new team members to help them feel comfortable and welcomed to the team. Qualifications Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to effectively balance multiple competing priorities.Ability to follow through on tasks until completed.Analytical capabilities for advanced problem solving and ability to find creative solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong curiosity and desire to learn.Capacity to be flexible and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Must haveBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.Real estate, finance and/or investment management knowledge preferred but not required.Familiarity with Google Suite/Gemini preferred. The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc. Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
