Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Data Migration Lead. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage data migration projects across healthcare platforms, specifically ECW and Athena * Act as the primary onshore point of contact for offshore teams * Develop and implement migration strategies, timelines, and quality assurance protocols * Collaborate with clinical staff, including nurses and physicians, to ensure data accuracy and relevance * Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations * Document migration processes and provide regular updates to stakeholders
