The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Data Manager, to support our NATO Allied Special Operations Forces Command (SOFCOM) customer in Mons, Belgium. This position is contingent upon award of a pending contract. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the entire data management lifecycle within an organization, including defining data governance policies
Ensures data quality, managing data storage systems and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accessibility and integrity for informed decision-making while prioritizing data security and compliance with relevant regulation
Formulates techniques for quality data collection that ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data
Supports development and maintenance of data management plans and procedures that identify data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance
Supports implementation of backup and restore procedures, reviews backup and restore reports, and monitors backup and restore information, standards, procedures, measurements, tools, and technology
Assists with reports and data extraction and troubleshoots data-related problems
Performs data replication and data deduplication
Applies data and knowledge management knowledge to conduct analyses and implement strategies, systems, and tools (e.g., SharePoint, SQL)
Supports monitoring and improving data quality by identifying and addressing data issues, implementing data-cleansing processes, and establishing data quality metrics
Supports definition of data retention policies, managing data archiving, and ensuring proper data deletion processes
Supports generation of data reports and dashboards to provide key insights and track data performance metrics
Supports adherence to data privacy regulations and managing data risks associated with data breaches
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Qualifications:
Required:
Experience 4-7 years with a BA/BS in related field preferred or equivalent experience considered.
Certification - GSEC / Security+ or Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated or Training
Demonstrates proficiency in data management lifecycle processes and governance policies, with particular emphasis on ensuring data quality, accessibility, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of data storage systems, quality assurance techniques, and data collection methodologies to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Exhibits expertise in implementing and monitoring backup and restore procedures, data replication, and deduplication processes across multiple complex work assignments.
Demonstrates skill in utilizing data management tools such as SharePoint and SQL for analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation, while supporting data extraction and retention policies.
Applies advanced knowledge in data cleansing, quality metrics establishment, and troubleshooting data-related issues, collaborating effectively with stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Operates independently in developing data management strategies and presenting solutions, while adhering to data privacy regulations, managing associated risks, and supporting the development and maintenance of comprehensive data management plans.
Desired:
Desired any Data Management-related certification
Experience in supporting the NATO Allies Special Forces Command (SOFCOM) Mission Partner (MP).
Experience managing complex IT and communication system projects.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
