Data Management Intern (12 months contact)

+ Process day to day requests: vendor set-up, vendor update, reactivation and deactivation.
+ Error resolution and customer support for internal stakeholders (Procurement and Finance functions).
+ Fraud prevention through bank validation process.
+ Data validation and overall maintenance of Vendor Master Data, adhering to data governance policies and ensuring high quality of data.
+ Investigate and resolve queries, regarding vendor maintenance matters, either by Teams or email.
+ Continuously assess data quality and propose improvement initiatives.
+ Play an active role in defining Vendor Master Data standards, rules, and policies liaising with relevant business and technical teams.
+ Enrolled in Master’s degree (preferably finance) or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months)
+ English language knowledge is a must
+ Background in Accounts Payable/Cash
+ Disbursements/Accounting/Procurement/Master Data areas is an advantage
+ Work experience with SAP FI module; Service Now and Oracle are a plus
+ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word
