Responsibilities: * Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, analyze, and solve data-related issues * Organize and lead meetings with key business users to understand problem statements and identify user action plans * Prioritize business user needs in partnership with leadership, using data to drive decisions and direction * Develop dashboards and reports (both ad hoc and standardized) to deliver clear, consistent insights * Perform deep-dive data analyses to uncover root causes of data issues and propose solutions * Support data management functions including metadata, data quality, retention, and data security compliance * Partner with Data Product Owners, Information Stewards, and Engineers to ensure data is properly mapped, monitored, and certified
