**Job title** : _Data Lead, Southeast Asia & India_ + _Location: Mumbai_ _About the job_ _The Data Management capability is focused on optimizing data frameworks and processes to deliver Best-in-class cross pillar solutions, facilitating informed decision-making._ _Support data integrity and reliability by maintaining rigorous standards, leveraging best practices, and using innovative_ _Techniques._ + _Aligning Global-to-Local Data Management initiatives to support MCO markets, with a focus to India, but also including Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines._ + _Ensuring seamless integration between business needs, digital and Sanofi hubs to meet Service Level Agreements._ + _Act as the local administrator and manage user access (UAM) for Global Data Offerings._ + _Oversee commercial data acquisition in line with business budgeting and GTMC guidelines._ + _Work with Global Digital + MDM teams to ensure data quality and integrity in Data Warehouses._ + _Keep local initiatives updated and deliver optimizations to minimize local efforts._ _About you_ **_Education Background:_** · _Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related fields._ · _Pharmaceutical Business Acumen: Business acumen and knowledge of pharmaceutical business models in countries._ **_Professional Background:_** · _At least 5 years of experience as a Data Manager and in business operations._ · _At least 2 years of experience as a people manager and leading indirect technical teams (Good to have)._ · _Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with industry-specific data sources and analytics tools including familiarity with IQVIA’s sources, Go-To- Market and Route-To-Market concepts._ · _Experience in managing large datasets and data curation techniques_ · _Experience administrating DBMS and consuming structured DWH_ **_Competencies:_** · **_Technical Skills:_** _i. Proficient in data engineering and database management tools like Snowflake, Informatica, and MySQL._ _ii. Strong understanding of the data lifecycle and data governance._ _iii. Expertise in data modeling and data quality indicators._ _iv. Experience in data visualization and descriptive analytics._ _v. Desirable programming skills in Python for data-wrangling (Pandas, Numpy, SQLAlchemy, Dask)_ · **_Soft Skills:_** _i. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate data-driven narratives to both Backoffice and business stakeholders._ _ii. Resilience and the ability to work in ambiguous situations._ _iii. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and integrity of flat data and calculated KPIs._ _iv. Vendor management_ _v.
