Data Intelligence Administrator

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000 annually and is a Remote role.

Overview:

The Data Intelligence Administrator is responsible for supporting the systems and processes that enable timely, accurate, and reliable data solutions. This role is key to the monitoring and responsiveness necessary to support the data systems that power the reporting, analytics, and operational data needs that drive the Aaron's business.

What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

What You’ll Do:

Drive monitoring and support of daily ETL processes.Oversee monitoring of system performance for database and web applications.Oversee Incident management.Facilitate end user communication on daily status, process delays, failures, and system maintenance.Participate in the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline for code promotion and deployments.Participate in various areas of analysis such as root cause and data quality.Assists in software upgrades.

Additional Requirements:

Proven ability to effectively perform root cause analysis and prescribe timely resolutions.Experience writing intermediate SQL queries involving table joins, nested queries, and other SQL constructs.A firm understanding of CI/CD tooling such as GIT, TeamCity, and Octopus.Strong communication skills across various target audiences.Strong organizational skills.Proven attention to detail.

This includes the ability to describe or explain complex processes and issues in a concise mannerCollaboration – Nurtures and builds effective partnerships with clients to achieve results; team player, comfortable working on multiple teams/projects simultaneously and independently, as needed. Must be able to work collaboratively across departments and physical locations
