Overview The Data Intelligence Team at Publicis Media is dedicated to driving growth and efficiency in research and analytics solutions. We are seeking a dynamic manager with the ability to understand and assess the ever-changing landscape of analytics, measurement and AI technology. Ideal Candidates for This Role: Individuals who are self-motivated, naturally curious, and enjoy asking insightful questions, synthesizing information, and summarizing their findings. Those who excel at connecting and collaborating with various functional teams, are comfortable handling ambiguity, and can effectively prioritize tasks amidst shifting priorities. Responsibilities Vendor Intelligence: Collaborate with agency teams to field RFIs to various data analytics vendors, summarize and compare their offerings, and provide impactful results that can be used across agencies to support client questions and potential organic growth. Analytics Consultation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to advise best practices and the emerging analytics methodologies and tools that address client challenges in marketing investment and communication. Thought Leadership: support the delivery of POVs and thought leadership content on measurement, AI/ML, and analytics for both the agency and clients. Support the publication of the Publicis Analytics Newsletter by collaborating with measurement SMEs worldwide. Strategic Planning: Support client leads and new business teams in defining a go-to-market strategy for analytics solutions to drive agency growth and support RFI/RFP responses. Community Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration within the Publicis Data Intelligence community, actively participating in global data intelligence monthly calls and engaging in SME group discussions. Ad Hoc Analytics Support: Provide support to the agency on various ad hoc analytics questions and projects. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in analytics or data strategy within an advertising agency, management consulting, ad tech company, or a similar role on the client side. Curiosity and learning mindsets: A genuine interest in exploring new ideas, staying updated with industry trends, and continuously seeking knowledge and growth. Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience in econometric methodology and time-series modeling techniques; knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning principles and modern statistical methods. Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in an ambiguous environment, with a learning mindset and passion for staying abreast of the rapidly changing media and analytics landscape. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent oral and written skills; experienced in presenting to non technical audiences. Ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across different countries and cultural backgrounds. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
