It requires familiarity with data engineering tools such as Python, R, SQL, and platforms like Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and DevOps tools. The position supports data quality assessments, contributes to building data models and pipelines, and develops analytics solutions that drive business value. Candidates should be able to deliver production-ready code following best practices, apply sound design principles, and understand insurance domain concepts. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively sharing findings with team members and management.
