The Data & Insights Analyst will play a pivotal role in centralizing, standardizing, and improving reporting capabilities across our Automation, AI, and Data group. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of data acquisition, transformation, and visualization; crafting and maintaining detailed dashboards. Additionally, you will ensure data integrity across diverse sources and proactively find opportunities to streamline reporting processes through automation and innovative analytics techniques.
Key Responsibilities:Data Management & Integration
Collaborate with technical teams to understand their data sources and reporting needs and develop strategies for unification and centralization.Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to acquire, transform, and load data from various sources, ensuring data quality and alignment.Develop data models within reporting tools and solve data integration issues.Reporting & DashboardsOwn the design, development, and maintenance of impactful dashboards to visualize important data and performance indicators.Support leadership by contributing to regular business reviews.Develop specific dashboards and reports passionate about pipeline management, delivery tracking, and overall project portfolio performance.Automation & InnovationIdentify and implement automation opportunities for data processes and reporting tasks to improve efficiency.Explore and evaluate the potential of AI and machine learning to improve reporting capabilities and generate automated insights.QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems), or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in a reporting and analytics role with a deep technical focus.Expert-level proficiency in PowerBI, including advanced DAX, Power Query (M language), data modeling, and visualization standard methodologies.Experience in integrating data from diverse sources, including databases (SQL), APIs, SaaS platforms, and flat files.Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance principles.Excellent analytics and problem-solving skills with a solid attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.Preferred:Good communication and reporting skills, with the ability to convey technical information to various collaborators through storytelling concepts.Some experience or familiarity working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview) and understanding project data structures.Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation, automation, and API interactions.Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools.Proficiency in automation, AI tools, and data-focused organizations.Skills:Passionate about applying automation and AI in day-to-day operations.Demonstrates curiosity and innovation by consistently exploring new technologies and solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey technical information and data insights to a diverse group of collaborators.Collaborative teammate, able to work optimally with multi-functional technical and business teams.Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze and quickly resolve data and reporting issues.Highly diligent with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
