Control Testing Automation Team automates manual testing through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology. Through automation we identify control, testing gaps and provide the evidence to Business/Risk teams to mitigate any type of risk like Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Bribery/Sales Practice/Reputational/Fraud and Theft. **Expertise Required:** **Analytical Skills** + Intermediate knowledge in Data analysis & Data patterns + Skillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysis + Knowledge on data manipulation and problem solving **Tools and Platforms** + Hands-on experience in SAS/SQL and Shell script + Python and Tableau Experience is preferred + Knowledge on schedulers (Autosys/LSF) + Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA _Nice to have_ – Experience one of the below technologies. + SAS on Mainframe + Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc. **Domain Skills** Good understanding of + Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.) **Functional Skills** _Nice to have_ - Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process **Soft Skills** + Should have good communication and inter-personal skills + Proactive approach in solving problems and attention to details + A strong team player **Basic Qualifications** + Master’s degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B.
