Control Testing Automation Team automates manual testing through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology. Through automation we identify control, testing gaps and provide the evidence to Business/Risk teams to mitigate any type of risk like Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Bribery/Sales Practice/Reputational/Fraud and Theft. **Expertise Required:** **Analytical Skills** + Good in Data analysis & Data patterns. + Beginner level in transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals. + Capable of designing and development of Charts, Graphs, and simple Dashboards for Controls Testing Automation. + Provide recommendations and generate actionable Business Insights. **Tools and Platforms** + Hands-on experience in Tableau/Power BI(Beginner) + Knowledge in SQL, Teradata + Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint **Soft Skills** + Excellent verbal/written communication, and inter-personal skills. + Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. + Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc. + Proactive approach in solving problems and eye for details. + A strong team player **Basic Qualifications** + Master’s degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B.
