What do we do:

We simplify, streamline, and automate controls—strengthening our ability to prevent issues.

Control Automation Team automates manual controls through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology. This team work with business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion.

Expertise Required:

Analytical Skills

End-End Automation, Data analysis & Data QualityGenerate actionable Business InsightsComing up with automated Techniques to remove manual touch points

Tools and Platforms      

Basic- Intermediate in Appian, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Xceptor, MainframesProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA/Confluence and Workflow Management

Nice to have – Experience one of the below technologies.

SAS on MainframeWorkflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.

Domain Skills

Good understanding of

Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)

Functional Skills

Nice to have - Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process

Soft Skills

Should have good communication and inter-personal skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProactive approach in solving problems and attention to detailsA strong team player

Basic Qualifications

Master’s degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.(Preferred) Postgraduate in – Masters in computers0-3 years of experience in Development/Production Support – identifying production failures and fixing issues towards resolution involving codes in SAS & SQL environment
