What do we do:

We simplify, streamline, and automate controls—strengthening our ability to prevent issues.

Control Automation Team automates manual controls through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology. This team work with business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion.

Expertise Required:

Analytical Skills

Intermediate knowledge in Data analysis & Data patternsSkillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysisKnowledge on data manipulation and problem solvingProficient in formulating analytical methodology, identifying inconsistenciesComing up with automated Techniques to remove manual touch points

Tools and Platforms      

Intermediate - expert in Appian, SAS, SQL, Tableau,  Xceptor, Python and MainframesKnowledge on schedulers like Autosys, Workflow ManagementProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA

Nice to have – Experience one of the below technologies.

SAS on MainframeWorkflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.

Domain Skills

Good understanding of

Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)MCA & Audit FrameworkInherent and Residual RisksFinance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process

Functional Skills

Basic Qualifications

Master’s degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.(Preferred) Postgraduate in – Masters in computers3-5 years of hands-on experience in Development/Production Support – identifying production failures and fixing issues towards resolution involving codes in SAS & SQL environment
