In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Data Governance Specialist to join our Tech & Data team. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges—all while learning, growing, and redefining what’s possible.

Operating Model Design: Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored data and AI governance operating models that articulate roles, responsibilities, and processes. This includes structuring data governance committees and defining clear roles of data stewards, owners and custodians. 

Strategic Policy Development: Collaborate with business and technical teams to craft data and AI governance policies and procedures that align with organizational strategic objectives. 

Framework Implementation: Assist in executing Governance frameworks, ensuring processes such as data criticality, data quality, data lineage and data modelling are effectively integrated into day-to-day operations. Support the transition from design to execution, ensuring adherence to best practices and guidelines. 

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients’ stakeholders to evaluate current data management and governance practices, providing targeted recommendations towards the establishment of a fit-for-purpose data governance frameworks.   

Data Quality Assessment: Conduct in-depth evaluations of  clients’ current data quality landscapes, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for enhancement, utilizing industry benchmarks and good practices.  

Data Lineage Mapping: Support clients in establishing detailed data lineage mapping processes, documenting data flows from source systems through transformations to their final use.  

Tool Evaluation and Selection: Guide clients in assessing, selecting and employing data governance tools, tailored to specific needs and existing technological environments. Explore AI-powered solutions where applicable to enhance data management efficiency and  effectiveness. 

Education and Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip client teams with knowledge on data governance and quality policies, methodologies, processes, standards and tools. 

Performance Tracking: Develop reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of data governance processes, identifying areas for improvement based on key metrics, and KPIs. 

Craft and Deliver Presentations: Develop clear and visually engaging presentation decks to effectively communicate data governance strategies and insights. 

Business Development: Contribute to developing comprehensive technical and financial proposals, work plans, product playbooks and pitch decks to support business development efforts in the areas of data governance consulting services.

1-5 years of relevant experience in data management, data governance, and implementation of governance frameworks.  

Understanding of AI technologies and their application in data governance 

University degree in Computer/ Data Science or other relevant fields. Advanced degrees (MBA, and/or other Master’s Degree) are viewed favorably.  

Experience with data governance tools such as Informatica, Collibra, IBM Infosphere, Microsoft Purview is highly regarded.  

Experience in Energy or Banking sector is highly appreciated.  

Proven track record of executing high-impact projects across various industry practices from a consulting or technical implementation perspective Expertise in building something from scratch and seeing it through; envisioning the big picture, setting goals and developing programs from concept to execution.  

Clear and concise spoken and written communication style tailored to each specific audiences, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
