The PositionThe (Sr.) Data Expert is responsible for promoting the ASPIRE/S4 master data framework,governance efforts, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security to support business process optimization and strategic decision-making. This position requires solid data governance knowledge, data analysis skills. The expert will achieve results in complex environments and be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of related projects.
Key Responsibilities
ASPIRE/S4 Master Data Framework/Governance
In line with Global, fully implement the ASPIRE Master Data Framework,governance, supporting decision-making within Roche's Digital Backbone
Bridge connection with global data team as Pharma China ASPIRE Master Data Liaison, benchmark good practices across the organization
Leads local communities and networks
Act as a coach to accelerate data management mindset and capability in the organization
ASPIRE/S4 Master Data Quality Management
Responsible for identify, analysis, and evaluate data quality issues, and develop improvement plans.
Responsible for monitoring data quality, and data cleansing and standardization.
ASPIRE/S4 Master Data Asset Management
Responsible for establish and maintain the data catalog, and manage data assets.
Responsible for data lifecycle management, ensure data consistency, accuracy, security and compliance.
Explore Commercial data governance: Benchmarking pharma industrial practices and ASPIRE practices to support corporate future needs
Project Management: Lead complex projects by applying professional methodologies (such as BPM, Lean or Six Sigma, project management)
Leadership and Influence: Ability to influence stakeholders to adopt a new approach
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor degree and master preferred
5+ years experience in data management and system development
3+ years experience in process,project management and digital transformation experience
Professions in Process improvement, Data Governance, Project management and lean methodologies
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence others and achieve results in complex environments.
Business acumen and solid business knowledge in pharma industry
DAMA, PMP and Six Sigma certificate will be a plus
