Data Entry Specialist
We’re currently hiring for a **Remote Data Entry** position with a **first-day onsite requirement** in **Beaverton, OR** . If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and type at least 50 WPM, we’d love to hear from you! **Position Details:** + **Location:** Remote (First day onsite in Beaverton, OR for equipment pickup and training) + **Schedule:** Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-5:30PM + **Pay Rate:** Based on typing speed (WPM must be listed on your resume) + 50–55 WPM = **$** **18.00/hr** + 55–60 WPM = **$** **19.00/hr** + 60+ WPM = **$** **20.00/hr** **Top Skills Required:** + Data entry experience (1+ years preferred) + Proficiency with computer tools (Teams, email, etc.) + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM **Responsibilities:** + Transcribe, key, and review data + Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries + Identify and correct data inconsistencies + Maintain confidentiality and professionalism **🌟 Ideal Candidate Traits:** + Self-motivated and detail-oriented + Able to sit for long periods + Quick learner with strong retention of shortcuts and processes + Strong communication and teamwork skills **Why Join Us?** You’ll be part of a fast-paced, professional environment that values adaptability, integrity, and continuous learning.
