Position Overview
Step into a vital role on our customer support team where you'll serve as the first line of communication for our customers. You'll handle inbound inquiries via phone, fax, and email, and ensure seamless processing of our international shipments in full compliance with UPS and government policies.

Be the friendly, informed voice customers trust—screen and route incoming calls effectively

Enter time-sensitive data with precision using UPS systems

Review, process, and forward legal documentation

Provide administrative assistance to our Management team

What You Bring

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A typing speed of 40+ words per minute with strong attention to detail

The ability to remain calm and productive in a high-pressure environment

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and shift requirements
