Job Title: Data Entry/Customer Support
Location: Newark, NJ

Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $17/Hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: M-F, 8a-5p

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service support through phone, email, and internal systems

Enter and maintain accurate data across multiple platforms

Prepare, review, and organize documents for departmental use

Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous customer service and/or administrative experience

Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
