This role ensures proper and complete documentation are scan into system for smooth custom clearance. **Job Responsibilities:** + Key entry of shipment information + Upload shipment and information records to mainframe + Auditing paperwork, printing barcode and scanning of paperwork into IDIS + Ensure on-time and accuracy of key entry + Administrative duties and housekeeping of paperwork + Verifying and auditing of discrepancy report. + Any other duties assigned from time to time + Call / email customer to obtain missing documentation **Job Requirements:** + Possess at least GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Certificate + Preferably with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience + Team player; able to work independently with minimum supervision + Computer literate; typing speed of 40wpm + Willing to work evening shifts of 6-10pm (UPS House), 5-9pm (Hub) + Willing to work on 1 Saturday of each month from 4-8pm (UPS House) + Willing to work overtime and/or on Public Holidays when required.
