Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Bronx, New York. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our audit process by ensuring the accurate entry and organization of payroll and financial data into Excel spreadsheets. Responsibilities: • Input payroll data and financial information into Excel spreadsheets with precision and efficiency. • Organize and structure information to ensure clarity and usability. • Conduct thorough reviews of entered data to verify accuracy and completeness. • Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and manage data effectively. • Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or issues in the data. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely. • Support audit-related tasks by providing organized and accurate data. • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures during data entry tasks. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or related roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions. • Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret financial data. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience with payroll systems and processes is preferred. • Ability to review and analyze documents effectively. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Commitment to maintaining data security and confidentiality.
