Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and functionality of our products while contributing to the overall workflow of the department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work independently while also collaborating with a supportive team. Responsibilities: • Accurately input data into company systems, ensuring all entries meet quality standards. • Conduct quality control tests on a range of products, including breathalyzers and wearable devices. • Prepare products for shipment by performing tasks such as charging components, conducting functionality checks, and verifying final specifications. • Monitor and calibrate testing equipment to maintain optimal performance. • Collaborate with team members to ensure all processes are completed efficiently and according to guidelines. • Maintain organized records of data entry and testing procedures. • Identify and address inconsistencies in data or product functionality during testing. • Assist in managing increased workloads by completing repetitive tasks with precision. • Follow business casual dress code and adhere to company standards for professionalism. Requirements • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry tasks. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently without compromising quality. • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. • Basic computer skills, including experience with data entry software. • Excellent organizational skills to manage records and ensure data integrity. • Capable of maintaining and calibrating equipment used for testing processes. • Reliable and adaptable to changing workloads or priorities. • Familiarity with quality control procedures is a plus.
