Description We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our retail operations in Savannah, Georgia. This is a Contract position ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and possess strong organizational skills. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity within our systems. Responsibilities: • Accurately input data into company databases and systems while adhering to established guidelines. • Verify and cross-check information for completeness and accuracy to minimize errors. • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all entered data. • Utilize numeric and alphanumeric typing skills to efficiently process information. • Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve data-related issues. • Perform routine audits to ensure data quality and compliance with company standards. • Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Follow detailed instructions and procedures to meet deadlines and productivity targets. • Provide support in generating reports and summaries based on entered data. • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless data workflows. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role. • Proficiency in numeric and alphanumeric typing with high accuracy. • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry software and tools. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment. • Solid communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors. • Commitment to handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
