Description Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team during the busy season. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our group renewal processes, managing proposals, and maintaining accurate data entry. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, proficient in Excel and Word, and has a proactive attitude to support the team in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment. Experience in health insurance is a significant advantage but not required. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate and organize large group renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Perform data entry tasks with precision, including inputting sensitive information into systems like Welmark and other carrier platforms. + Create and manage proposals, potentially handling line-item details. + Work on carrier websites to support proposal generation and data management. + Assist with clerical and administrative tasks to alleviate the team’s workload. + Handle confidential data with the utmost discretion and professionalism. + Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented project environment. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: + Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. + Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills. + Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. + Computer-savvy with a willingness and ability to learn carrier systems for proposal generation. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience working in the health insurance industry or familiarity with related terminology and processes.
