Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Goleta, California. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining data accuracy across various systems while supporting operational tasks. Responsibilities: • Input, update, and maintain accurate records in our data management systems. • Perform numeric and text-based data entry tasks with a high level of precision. • Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in data. • Utilize Salesforce platform to manage and organize data efficiently. • Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Assist in the cleanup and organization of existing databases. • Follow established protocols and procedures for data entry tasks. • Support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed. Requirements • Proven experience with data entry tasks and systems. • Proficiency in typing and numeric data entry with exceptional accuracy. • Familiarity with Salesforce platform or similar CRM systems. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. • Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members. • High level of integrity when handling sensitive or confidential information.
