Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Atwater, California. In this role, you will support administrative and accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in data entry. Responsibilities: • Input invoices and bills into QuickBooks Pro Plus with a high degree of accuracy. • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors. • Prepare and type orders using a typewriter as needed. • Handle general accounting support tasks, including invoicing and bill payment. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. • Work closely with bilingual Spanish-speaking clients and team members. • Maintain confidentiality while handling financial and customer information. • Adapt to varying workloads, ensuring tasks are completed within the required timeframe. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry and typing, with strong attention to detail. • Experience using QuickBooks is a plus. • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Friendly and detail-oriented demeanor, with excellent customer service skills. • Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. • Familiarity with office equipment, including typewriters, is a plus.
