Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with a background in finance and strong skills in data entry and Microsoft Excel. The role involves working with sensitive information, ensuring accuracy, and supporting administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Accurately input data from reports into Excel spreadsheets, ensuring precision and consistency. • Organize and maintain financial records while handling sensitive data with confidentiality. • Generate and update spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes. • Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies as needed. • Collaborate with team members to complete administrative support tasks. • Create detailed reports and summaries based on compiled data. • Follow established procedures and maintain compliance with data security protocols. • Assist in organizing and managing financial documentation. • Communicate effectively with team members to clarify information and support workflow efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry, with a strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets. • Background in finance or related administrative tasks. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with data verification and quality control processes.
