Responsibilities: • Input and verify data with precision and efficiency to maintain accurate records. • Identify and resolve missing tonnage data within systems such as NetSuite. • Communicate effectively with team members to address discrepancies or missing information. • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy accessibility. • Perform email correspondence to gather and confirm necessary data. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data tracking and reporting. • Apply 10-key skills to enhance speed and accuracy in data entry tasks. • Deliver excellent customer service during interactions with internal and external stakeholders. • Assist in maintaining consistent documentation processes. • Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
