Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Pasadena, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data while ensuring its integrity. Responsibilities: • Input data into various systems with speed and precision. • Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Handle email correspondence related to data entry tasks. • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access. • Utilize 10-key typing skills to perform calculations efficiently. • Scan and digitize documents as needed. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication. • Perform basic customer service functions related to data inquiries. • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and Word. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related role. • Proficiency in typing and 10-key skills. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word. • Strong organizational and file management skills. • Ability to perform basic calculations accurately. • Experience with scanning and digitizing documents. • Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
