Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in El Paso, Texas. This is a Contract-to-permanent position within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting procurement operations for a large supermarket chain. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a willingness to grow and adapt as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities: • Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems to support procurement and invoicing processes. • Process purchase orders and ensure timely submission of invoices. • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve operational efficiency. • Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume orders and ensure smooth workflows. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools for data management and reporting. • Train on accounts payable processes to support broader financial operations. • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company standards. • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues. • Support customs and approval processes for imported goods. • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to team success. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field. • Some college education; a 2-4 year degree is preferred. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general Office applications. • Ability to type accurately at a speed of under 45 WPM. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to learn new processes and grow within the company. • Familiarity with basic office equipment and document management. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
