The role also involves overseeing the design, development and maintenance of different IT solutions ensuring security, reliability and scalability of solutions. The role requires engagement and partnership with different stakeholders and vendors. + Build team alignment, ensuring team has a clear understanding of the business global priorities. Offer hands-on technical direction, ensuring solution is scalable, maintainable, and integrates with cutting-edge technologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's / Masters in Computer Science or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a technical lead or similar role in the data space. A proven track record of leading teams towards valuable outcomes. + Specific mastery in one of the data engineering sub competencies - data analysis, data engineering or data architecture. Must have deep understanding of full stack engineering and infrastructure (e.g. Azure services, integration and open source). Can lead designs, development and improvements of complex data products (multiple subject areas, derivations...) common information models and data pipelines. Experience developing with Azure services or open source tools, and knowledge of cloud architecture - 3+ years of experience.A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
