**Summary:** Meta is seeking a leader in our Data Engineering team to work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists and Software Engineers to support product launches and roadmaps by building the data architecture that informs and drives insight. You'll work with some of the brightest minds in the industry, work with one of the richest data sets in the world, use cutting edge technology, and see your efforts affect products and people on a regular basis. **Required Skills:** Data Engineering Manager, Analytics Responsibilities: 1. Drive the mission and strategy for Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing across a product vertical 2. Build and lead a high-quality BI and Data Warehousing team, designing it to scale 3. Develop cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver on those needs 4. Manage data warehouse plans, drive data quality, and ensure operational efficiency 5. Design, build, and launch new data models and pipelines in production 6. Deliver high-impact dashboards and data visualizations 7. Define and manage Service Level Agreements for all data sets and processes running in production 8. Demonstrated operational skills to drive efficiency and speed **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. 8 + years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing 10. Experience scaling and managing teams with 3 or more individuals 11. Communication and leadership experience, with experience initiating and driving projects 12. Project management experience 13. Data infrastructure and architecture experience 14. Experience in SQL or similar languages 15. Development experience in at least one object-oriented language (Python, Java, etc.) 16.
