Primary Responsibilities:

Develop innovative solutions, create actionable insights and drive better decisions and performance to help the business achieve its business objectivesCoordination with all stake holders and Ensures Project Meets Requirements & ObjectivesEstablish a deep understanding of the business and collaborate with Business SMEs to shape the reporting solutions providedResolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projectsInfluences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, projects and / or approachesDevelops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; Collaborating on solutions to those identified problem areas and following the software development lifecyclePerforms all tasks in the development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, and testingUtilizes available programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentationCreates and helps maintain technical and end-user documentation for new and existing applicationsPerforms all other related duties as assignedIdentify and help mitigate risks to the data and organizational healthComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

8+ years of work experience in Information Technology8+ years of experience in utilizing relational database tools like MS SQL Server, ETL (SSIS), Snowflake, Databrick2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET Framework / .Net Core, Microservices, Rest API's, PythonExperience with SDLC such as Agile or WaterfallExperience with Rally / Agile toolsExperience in establishing CI/CD and DevOps models for release pipelines - Jenkins, test automationGood experience in systems design and applications developmentGood knowledge in RDBMS conceptGood knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, T SQL, SQL fine tuningHealthcare domain knowledgeSound understanding of object-oriented programmingSolid programming, debugging, unit testing and problem-solving skillsSolid technical background in SQL with extensive knowledge in design, development, testing, and maintaining dataExpert in Creating/Debugging Stored procedures: Handling transactions inside the stored procedures, Error handling in stored proceduresProven ability to troubleshoot complex technology, software, and system solutionsProven excellent critical thinking and problem problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualification:

Telephony data experience - Dialer systems, Integration with telephony systems etc.
