We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of data-driven solutions, interactive dashboards, and actionable reports, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements and advanced visualization needs.Partner closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, prioritise deliverables, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Architect, design, and implement scalable ETL processes using PySpark, Python, and other relevant technologies.Champion and enforce best practices for software development, data engineering workflows, and code quality standards across the team.Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and well-optimised code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust data-driven solutions that support organisational strategy and business growth.Develop and maintain data pipelines and CI/CD pipelines, optimising processes for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.Apply data science methodologies, including machine learning and predictive analytics, to solve business problems and enhance decision-making.Continuously research, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve project outcomes
