The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly. This role is responsible for creation of Sourcing Data for the Participation files and automation of the background data for the Field Support Team. The role includes data analysis, data creation, automation tools, and reporting for key stakeholders. The Customer Growth Supply Field Support Sr Business Engineer will be responsible participation files, looking for continuous improvements in the daily activities of the team. The candidate will be able to develop soft skills as leadership, decision making, troubleshooting and effective communication between the team & stakeholders. The Customer Growth Supply Field Support Sr Business Engineer will be able to participate in higher complexity projects in which the focus will be the major opportunity for reducing costs to the company. Creation and maintenance of data (sourcing ratios) pipeline utilizing complex databases. Your Impact As Data Engineer (Senior Sourcing Analyst) your responsibilities would consist of • Responsible for daily, weekly and period reporting • Resolve any customer inquiries. Customers are NPI Team • Work with the Field Support Team SMEs to ensure reporting and analytics strategy supports the DSD business proposal activities • Collaborate with existing report owners to migrate tools, development of new innovative tools and tracking to drive productivity in the areas of Business Proposal Changes, New Go to Market strategies and New DCs / Plant line extensions • Determine and define project scope and objectives and ensure technical feasibility • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project • Measure project performance using project management tools and make adjustments as needed • Lead the execution of the pipeline of projects in the "Reporting " area • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholder • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels • Supervise team’s executions, maintaining SLA’s performance and learning about all the roles of the team. • Lead various MBS continuous improvement initiatives, providing software expertise and leadership skills within the internal team Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? • Fluent in English • Bachelor’s degree in Business/operations, Engineering or similar field preferred • Excel, Power BI, Power App or Tableau experience. • Coding experience (SQL and Python) • Database management knowledge • Supply Chain or Product Attributes experience preferred • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with suppliers • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively • Produce/review various performance reports to drive results • Manage communications through phone, email, teams chat etc. • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) • Strong passion for customer service and communication excellence • Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal customers • Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools • Excellent analytical skills • Proven working experience in project management • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills • 1-3 years of experience in project managment If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
